Home Sales by School District

Central Ohio home sales by school districtMortgage interest rates are at record lows and buyers are taking advantage of that. Home prices increased again through the end of August for all but two of the school districts (Upper Arlington & Buckeye Valley).

The following represents Jan 2010-Aug 2010 sales results by school district. The data includes only single-family homes. It does not include new-builds unless they were spec homes entered into CBR's MLS system. Listings show the number of homes sold (closed), the average price of those homes, and the highest price of the sold homes. The list is high-low by the Average Price.
